It was my second day in Sydney, the day I'd climb the infamous Sydney Harbor Bridge, the most breathtaking bridge climb in the world, the tallest metal arch bridge in the world. I was already tired after walking around the Opera house and botanical garden in the morning. My body was saying no but I was all ready in my heart to do this climb. Climb is relatively expensive as most things in Sydney, ranging from 250 to 350 dollars depending on the day of the week and time of the day. There are climbs each hour starting from 9 in the morning till 8 at night. There are two different climbs, full climb and express climb. I am never a fan of big cities, but how could you be in Australia and not visit Sydney? That would be a crime I guess. I am tight on leave, and fortunately my current roster allowed me 4 days off, saving money for Queensland health, and giving me opportunity to explore this beautiful country. Sydney is the first thing which came to my mind when I saw the 4 days off on my roster and flights were quite cheap too. Our flight reached Sydney domestic around 2pm. If you are traveling from Queensland, make sure you sit on the left hand side, to be treated with the beautiful views of the city with the Opera house and the Sydney harbor bridge as you approach landing.
